Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
HiMedia Games ("we") lets you play short games and share your results on Facebook. This page explains what information we use and why. We keep as little as possible.
What we collect
When you log in with Facebook, we ask only for your public profile and receive:
- your name, as shown on Facebook
- an ID that Facebook creates for you that only works with this app
We don't ask for your email, friends list, photos or posts, and we never post to Facebook on your behalf.
How we use it
- Keeping you logged in: your name and app ID are stored in a signed cookie in your browser for up to 30 days. We don't keep a user database on our servers.
- Showing your results: when you play, the result link includes your name and your result so the result page and its preview image can show them.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Anyone who has a result link can see the name and result on it, and so can Facebook when it builds the post preview. A result link is only shared if you share it. When you post to Facebook, Facebook's own privacy policy applies to that post.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both required for logging in:
hm_sessionkeeps you logged in (up to 30 days, or until you log out).hm_oauthprotects the Facebook login process (deleted right after login, and expires after 10 minutes in any case).
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for a limited time for security and to keep the site running.
Deleting your data
We don't store your Facebook information on our servers. To remove what remains:
- Log out on this site. This deletes the login cookie from your browser.
- Remove the app from Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find HiMedia Games, and select Remove.
- Result links you already shared stay visible where you posted them. Delete those posts on Facebook to remove them.
If you need help with anything else, email us at privacy@example.com.
Children
You must meet Facebook's minimum age requirement to log in. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If we start collecting more information, we'll update this page before we do.
